Q:What does "RFC" stand for? What is it?

A:

What does all of this have to do with the Liberal Capitalist Party? LiberalCapitalist.com is implementing our own RFC process to develop and distribute standards upon which we shall build the party. The RFC system will allow far-flung groups of individuals to work with each other as well as keep each other informed regarding their activities.

There are several types of RFCs designed for particular purposes. RFC/RFAs, or Request For Approval documents, will be used to authorize processes used to erect the party as well as to determine party positions on particular issues. RFC/RFSs, or Request For Service documents, will be used to call for volunteers, assemble Working Groups, and to solicit each other’s expertise for particular purposes. RFC/RFP documents, or Request For Proposals, will be used to solicit ideas and solutions to particular issues.

The facilitator of the RFC process is the RFC Editor. At this time the LiberalCapitalist.com Admin is filling the RFC-Editor role. In the future, this role may be filled by others, or assisted by a Working Group assembled for the purpose.

A FAQ document outlining the RFC process is posted here. This process is meant to evolve over time as needed.

The road to wisdom? Well it's plain and simple to express:
    Err, and err,
    and err again,
but less, and less, and less.
