Here's a great op-ed in the Washington Times regarding property rights, and some of the hidden costs of weakening them. I found it on Reason's blog Hit and Run which we have a feed for over in the right-hand column. Always a good time at Hit and Run, but I wanted to call some extra attention to this article on our site, as property rights are so crucial to our success as a capitalist country. This court case was a major victory for the economic collectivists in our country. It's 2005. Why are collectivists still winning victories?
